An hour before her disappearance on August 6, former Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj called on veteran lawyer Harish Salve at 6.00 pm on August 7 to collect her re-fee, according to a Times Now report.
Salve represented India in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in the Kulbhushan Jadhav case.
“I spoke to her (Swaraj) at 8.50 pm. It was a very emotional conversation. She said you should come and meet me. You should give your Re 1 to the winning case. I told you to collect that precious fee. Come tomorrow at 6 pm,” she said. Told the channel.
Swaraj called her at night and insisted on meeting her on August 7 to collect ‘worth of fees’
According to reports, Salve was charged only 1 rupees to represent India in Jadhav’s case in the ICJ.
The International Court of Justice has ordered Pakistan to “reconsider” Jadhav’s consular entry into India and the punishment and punishment given to him.

Former Delhi chief minister Swaraj passed away on August 6 following a heart attack. On the evening of August 6, Swaraj was taken to AIIMS hospital in New Delhi.
